• We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal. 

• If payment is not received within 24 hours your order will be automatically canceled.

• Mia Bellina charge will be listed on your credit card bill as: Mia Bellina Clothing

Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours your order will already have been processed, therefore the shipping and handling fee cannot be refunded.

• If you make a mistake and want to cancel your order you can log in into your account and modify/cancel the order there.

Redeeming your eGift Certificates

• eGift Certificates can be redeemed only online at miabellina.com.

• When you purchase an online eGift Certificate with us, we will automatically send the recipient an e-mail within 24 hours, including the eGift Certificate code and instructions for use. The code should be entered onto the Payment Information page of the checkout process.

•  If the amount of the order exceeds the amount of the eGift Certificate, the recipient will need to use a credit card to pay for the balance of the order.

• If any online store credit is available to the recipient, then the store credit will automatically be applied first.

• eGift Certificates may only be used to purchase merchandise and cannot be used to purchase other eGift Certificates 

• eGift Certificates purchased by our customers on do not expire.

• eGift Certificates that have already been sent but have not yet been redeemed can be returned to the original purchaser's credit card. The eGift Certificate is automatically canceled upon the return.
  

Free Samples

• Samples are limited and change often. If your order is not completed during a visit, the samples will be removed from your shopping basket and may no longer be available.

• Please note that eGift Certificates and Gift Cards are not considered merchandise and do not count towards the minimum purchase requirement. These products and gifts are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one gift or sample per order.

• Due to the limited nature of the free samples, we regret that we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order.

•  Samples are shipped with merchandise purchases ONLY.

Free items with Purchase

• We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $75 and over (excluding taxes).
  

• Special limited offers from time to time may include free upgrades for shipping or free shipping with a specified purchase amount.
  

• Gift Cards are shipped free via standard shipping and are shipped separately from merchandise orders.
  

• Please be aware that if  your order is $75 or over which quality you for a free shipping and you ended up returning items making you final  purchase go bellow $75 you will be charge a shipping cost corresponding to the amount of your final purchase.
  

• If the amount of your order qualify you for a free full size product and  a return makes the order go bellow the stated amount you will have to return the free item as well or the cost of the free item will be deducted from the return.
