Shipping Policy

Mia Bellina's policy is to ship item(s) as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed within 3 business days. 

All orders will be sent via USPS. Our shipping rates include a small handling fee.

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

We can ship international though the orders will have a small additional shipping cost. If you have an international order and you would like, please contact us via email with your information and we can let you know the cost of shipping.

Merchandise Stock and Backorders

Mia Bellina strives to always have all items in stock. Occasionally, we do experience more demand than supply though and items do go out of stock. If this is the case you will be notified immediately via email. Backorders will be ship as soon as they become available.

Return Policy

• Mia Bellina Clothing will gladly accept returns on any unworn, unwashed goods purchased through a 'party' or the Internet within 30 days of the purchase date. 

• Claims for shortage or damage goods should be made within 7 days

• All returned goods MUST include the original tags and proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or order number.

• All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid and have a proof of shipment since we are not responsible for loss goods.

• We do not accept return pass 30 days of purchase.

• Refunds are offered for the price of goods and applicable taxes minus the cost of shipping and handling.

• Once we receive your package, we will refund as you instruct. You will receive an email when the credit is put back into your account.

• Please be aware that if  your order is $ 75 or over which quality you for a free shipping and you ended up returning items making you final  purchase go bellow $ 75 you will be charge a shipping cost corresponding to the amount of your final purchase. Also if the amount of your order qualify you for a free item and a return makes the order go bellow the stated amount you will have to return the free item as well or the cost of the free item will be deducted from the return.

Exchange Policy

• Please return the unworn, unwashed merchandise to us within 30 days of purchase.

•  All returned goods MUST include the original tags and proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or order number

• Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange the product. No addition shipping fee will be charged the first time. If you more than one exchange is made on the same order a new shipping fee will be charged.

Defective Shirts

We are always behind our products and we do our best to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defects. If your order has a manufacturer's defect please contact customer service by email at customercare@miabellina.com.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours your order will already have been processed, therefore the shipping and handling fee cannot be refunded.
